Refund Policy

Licenses and subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly sh0 license at any time from your account. A license payment is refunded in full on request within 14 days of the payment. After that period, every refund request is reviewed case by case.

AI credits and partner wallet

AI credits and partner wallet top-ups are prepaid and drawn down as you use them. Every request to refund an unused balance is reviewed case by case.

Who refunds

The refund is made by the seller of the payment concerned: ZeroSuite, Inc. for card, PayPal and mobile money collected through pawaPay; WorkCloud SASU, licensed distributor of ZeroSuite, Inc., for mobile money collected through XPAYE.

These rules apply without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
